Our property management team is available to assist you Monday through Friday 8:30 – 5:00. We are on call weekends and evenings for emergencies. Are You Pet Friendly?
We require a pet deposit and some breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions.
What Are Valid Forms Of Payment?
Money order, cashier’s check, Cash, or Check. We reserve the right to refuse personal checks, if you have had a check Returned for Non-Sufficient Funds, or any other reason.
Are Roommates Allowed?
Any potential roommates must apply and pass the same requirements as the primary tenant.
If I Am Evicted Or Leave Owing Rent, Will I Be Turned Over To A Collection Agency?
Yes and it will also go on your credit report as landlord debt.
